RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges as they are custom made; which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you.

If you believe you received a defective item, your order is incomplete, missing design, error printed, incorrect design or color, etc. please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tumblerculture@gmail.com with your order number, a photo, and a detailed message and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Tumbler Culture is not responsible for any loss, damaged, wrong addresses, or stolen mail. Please contact USPS if any of these issues arise. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer, if the reship has not been paid within 10 days then the buyer is forfeiting ownership over their order.
